You can reuse my work

Most of the articles, writeups, code examples, and graphics on this website are created by me, Surajit Sen, also known online as blackXploit.

Unless a page says otherwise, my original work is shared under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0). You are free to copy it, share it, change it, and use it commercially.

Please give me credit when you reuse something. The easiest way is to:

  • mention Surajit Sen / blackXploit;
  • link to the original page;
  • link to the CC BY 4.0 license; and
  • say if you changed the original work.

For example:

Based on “Article title” by Surajit Sen / blackXploit, shared under CC BY 4.0. Changes were made.

Please do not suggest that I support or sponsor your project unless we have agreed to that.

Content from other people

Some pages mention or show third-party names, logos, screenshots, tools, software, or websites such as Hack The Box, TryHackMe, and GitHub. Those belong to their respective owners and may have their own rules or licenses.

The CC BY 4.0 license applies only to work that is original to this website or clearly licensed for reuse. If I have missed a credit or license notice, please let me know and I will review it.

Comments submitted by visitors are not my original work and are not offered under my CC BY 4.0 license. Third-party text, images, screenshots, logos, code, and other material are also excluded unless a page says otherwise or identifies a separate license. Their owners and license terms continue to apply.

Security content

The security articles on this website are for learning, documentation, and authorized testing. Only use the techniques and commands on systems that you own or have permission to test. Do not use them to access, damage, disrupt, or steal data from systems without permission.

Copyright concerns

If you believe that I have used your work without the right credit or permission, please email sensurajit@proton.me. Please include:

  • the URL of the page you are contacting me about;
  • a link or description of your original work;
  • your name and contact details; and
  • a short explanation of what needs to be corrected.

If you are reporting on behalf of a copyright owner, say that you are authorized to act for them. I will review reports and, where appropriate, add credit, add a license notice, replace the material, or remove material that is not covered by a license. This email contact process does not replace any formal notice process available under applicable law.

This reporting process does not stop anyone from making lawful use of content under CC BY 4.0.
